1. Who we are
We Can Lend You Money is a video-first crowdfunding platform operated by Nexgen Business Solutions. We are not a lender, broker-dealer, investment adviser, escrow agent, or attorney.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+, a US resident, and have a US bank account (founders) or US payment card (backers).
3. Founder responsibilities
- Provide accurate identity information for KYC.
- Pass the liveness verification.
- Use of funds described in your campaign must match what you actually do with the funds.
- Post the four committed milestone updates on time. Missing updates flag your campaign publicly.
- Fulfill rewards as described.
- No prohibited content: forward-looking financial promises, guaranteed returns, securities offerings, drug paraphernalia, weapons, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, harassment.
4. Backer terms
- Your card is held — not charged — until the campaign hits its goal by deadline.
- If the campaign fails (misses goal), no charge, no fee.
- If the campaign succeeds, your card is charged for the pledge amount + shipping.

5. Fees
- Platform fee: 5% on successful rewards campaigns. 0% on donation campaigns.
- Stripe processing: Stripe's standard rates (~2.9% + 30¢ per pledge).
- Refund fees: we absorb Stripe processing fees on refunds — backers pay nothing.
6. AI agents + automated decisions
We use AI agents to review pitch content, run liveness checks, and detect fraud. Decisions are subject to human override. Every approval/rejection has a policy-citable reason. AI does not infer age, race, gender, or any protected trait — see our privacy policy.
7. Disclaimers
- Not investment advice. Crowdfunding pledges to rewards or donation campaigns don't earn returns or equity.
- Not legal advice. If you have legal questions about your campaign, consult an attorney.
- Platform liability. We mediate the relationship. We don't guarantee that founders deliver. Disputes go to small-claims court if not resolved through us.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, repeated milestone breaches, prohibited content, or breach of these terms. Funds in flight are returned per the refund policy.
9. Governing law
State of New Jersey. Disputes resolved in New Jersey courts.
